SWTG "STEEL MAGNOLIAS RETREAT" JANUARY 18-21, 2024

This is the largest event we hold with attendance higher than any other scrapbook retreat in the area.  This event has been going strong since 2012 and continues to grow each year.

Our event begins on Friday, January 19th at 8am and ends on Sunday January 21st at 3pm.  You can attend this event as a local scrapbooker and come and go each day or you can make a get-away weekend of it and stay in the beautiful Crowne Plaza Hotel and Resort.  Crowne Plaza's very own Overlook Restaurant is on site which provides committed scrapbookers with a quick and easy way to eat a delicious meal and get back to work without ever leaving the resort.

Your weekend will include:

• 3 days - 45 hours of cropping time
• 6' x 3' of cropping table space
• Access to 10 fabulous on site vendors with a variety of supplies
• Breakfast buffet Saturday and Sunday
• Special SWTG gift pack and prizes throughout the weekend
• Multiple break-out classes throughout the weekend for you to learn something new (additional charge for some classes)
• Hotel arrangements will be made for you (not included in Local scrapbooker choice)
• Access to use an extensive Cricut cartridge library and other tools
• Complimentary high-speed internet connection in your hotel room and the cropping room
• Option to attend our new no frills "WARM-UP CROP" so you can set up your cropping space and get things in order Thursday evening from 4:00pm - 10:00pm  You can also stay at the resort a 3rd night so you can get an early start Friday morning (see below, Friday breakfast not included)

This event sells out nearly a full year in advance.  Your $70.00 deposit is due upon event registration to reserve your space.  There is a $50.00 non-refundable fee if you cancel more than two weeks before the event.  Cancel within two weeks of the event it will be forfeiture of entire registration fee.   Your $70.00 deposit holds your spot.  The remaining amount is due no later than November 30th, 2022.  Your remaining amount will vary depending upon your accommodation occupancy choice (see below).  These are per person rates.

• Single Occupancy: 2 Nights = $397.00; 3 Nights = $523.00
• Double Occupancy: 2 Nights = $271.00; 3 Nights = $334.00
• Triple Occupancy: 2 Nights = $229.00; 3 Nights = $271.00
• Quadruple Occupancy: 2 Nights = $208.00; 3 Nights = $240.00
