How fun will this one be?! We already know one of all of our favorite things is scrapbooking! We will combine our scrapbook retreat with a favorite things party. This will be a one of a kind event!

About the Event
Our 3 day event begins on Friday, August 4 at 8am and ends on Sunday August 6 at 3pm. Â You can attend this event as a local scrapbooker and come and go each day or you can make a get-away weekend of it and stay in the beautiful Crowne Plaza Hotel and Resort. Â Crowne Plaza's very own Overlook Restaurant is onsite which provides committed scrapbookers with a quick and easy way to eat a delicious meal and get back to work without ever leaving the resort.
Your weekend will include:
- 3 days - 45 hours of cropping time
- Bonus no frills crop Thursday 4pm-10pm - enough time to get set-up and organized for the next day. Â
- 6' x 3' of cropping table space
- Access to 4 fabulous onsite vendors with a variety of supplies
- Breakfast buffet Saturday and Sunday
- Special SWTG gift pack and prizes throughout the weekend
- Multiple break-out classes throughout the weekend for you to learn something new (additional charge for some classes)
- Hotel arrangements will be made for you (not included in Local scrapbooker choice)
- Access to use an extensive Cricut cartridge library and other tools
- Complimentary high-speed internet connection in your hotel room and the cropping room
- Option to stay a 3rd night so you can get an early start Friday morning (see below, Friday breakfast not included)
This event is smaller than our Mega January event and space will be very limited. Â The registration fee is $145.00 (not including hotel accommodations). Â Your $70.00 deposit is due upon event registration to reserve your space. Â There is a $50.00 non-refundable fee if you cancel more than two weeks before the event. Â Cancel within two weeks of the event it will be forfeiture of your entire registration fee. Â Â Your $70.00 deposit holds your spot. Â The remaining amount is due no later than July 3, 2023. Â Your remaining amount will vary depending upon your accomadation occupancy choice (see below). Â These are per person rates.

- Local Scrapbooker (no overnight accommodations) $145.00
- Single Occupancy: 2 Nights = $551.00.00; 3 Nights = $754.00
- Double Occupancy: 2 Nights = $348.00; 3 Nights = $450.00
- Triple Occupancy: 2 Nights = $281.00; 3 Nights = $348.00
- Quadruple Occupancy: 2 Nights = $247.00; 3 Nights = $298.00
