Scrappin' With The Girls 2022 THE CROWNE EVENT

This is the largest event we hold with attendance higher than any other scrapbook retreat in the area.  This event has been going stong since 2012 and continues to grow each year.  Our 2022 event will be the 10th year anniversary with a major celebration where we will recognize the original four Girls who started this cherished annual tradition.

Our 3 day event begins on Friday, January 21st at 8am and ends on Sunday January 23rd at 3pm.  You can attend this event as a local scrapbooker and come and go each day or you can make a get-away weekend of it and stay in the beautiful Crowne Plaza Hotel and Resort.  Crowne Plaza's very own Overlook Restaurant is oniste which provides committed scrapbookers with a quick and easy way to eat a delicious meal and get back to work without ever leaving the resort.

Your weekend will include:

• 3 days - 45 hours of cropping time
• 30' x 2 1/2' of cropping table space with the option of an extra 30' x 2 1/2' space for a $25 upgrade
• Access to 8 fabulous onsite vendors with a variety of supplies
• Breakfast buffet Saturday and Sunday
• Special SWTG gift pack and prizes throughout the weekend
• Multiple break-out classes throughout the weekend for you to learn something new (additional charge for some classes)
• Option to purchase a unique event t-shirt
• Hotel arrangements will be made for you (not included in Local scrapbooker choice)
• Access to use an extensive Cricut cartridge library and other tools
• Complimentary high-speed internet connection in your hotel room and the cropping room
• Option to set-up your cropping space Thursday evening after 8:00pm and stay a 3rd night so you can get an early start Friday morning (see below, Friday breakfast not included)

This event sells out nearly a full year in advance.  Your $115.00 deposit ($50.00 of which is non-refundable) is due upon event registration.  Your $115.00 deposit holds your spot.  The remaining amount is due no later than November 30th, 2021.  Your remaining amount will vary depending upon your accomadation occupancy choice (see below).

• Triple Occupancy: 2 Nights = $198.00; 3 Nights = $239.00
• Quadruple Occupancy: 2 Nights = $177.00; 3 Nights = $208.00
• Extra 3 feet of cropping space add $25.00
