Scrappin' With The Girls 2021 AUTUMN GOLD EVENT

Scrappin' With The Girls is bringing us together for a second time in 2021.  We hope that you will join us as we welcome the beauty of fall in the mountains of Western North Carolina for our Autumn Gold Event.  

Our 3 day event begins on Friday, September 10th at 8am and ends on Sunday, September 12th at 3pm.  You can attend this event as a local scrapbooker and come and go each day or you can make a get-away weekend of it and stay in the beautiful Crowne Plaza Hotel and Resort.  Crowne Plaza's very own Overlook Restaurant is oniste which provides committed scrapbookers with a quick and easy way to eat a delicious meal and get back to work without ever leaving the resort.

Your weekend will include:

• 3 days - 45 hours of cropping time
• 6' x 2' 8" of cropping space to yourself (downgrade to smaller space option available)
• Access to 4 fabulous onsite vendors with a variety of supplies
• Delicious Hot Breakfast buffet Saturday and Sunday (menu ordering if buffet service is restricted due to pandemic regulations)
• Special SWTG gift pack and prizes throughout the weekend
• Multiple break-out classes throughout the weekend for you to learn something new (additional charge for some classes)
• Option to purchase a unique event t-shirt
• Hotel arrangements will be made for you (not included in Local scrapbooker choice)
• Access to use an extensive Cricut cartridge library and other tools
• Complimentary high-speed internet connection in your hotel room and the cropping room
• Option to set-up your cropping space Thursday evening after 8:00pm and stay a 3rd night so you can get an early start Friday morning (see below, Friday breakfast not included)

We anticpate that this event will sell out.  A $140.00 deposit ($50.00 of which is non-refundable) is due upon event registration.  Your $140.00 deposit holds your spot.  The remaining amount is due no later than August 7, 2021.  Your remaining amount will vary depending upon your accomadation occupancy choice (see below).  Per person rate: 

• Local Scrapbooker (no overnight accomodations) $140.00
• Single Occupancy: 2 Nights = $610.00; 3 Nights = $845.00
• Double Occupancy: 2 Nights = $375.00; 3 Nights = $492.00
• Triple Occupancy: 2 Nights = $297.00; 3 Nights = $375.00
• Quadruple Occupancy: 2 Nights = $258.00; 3 Nights = $316.00
• Option of Reduced Cropping Space to a 3 foot space deduct $25.00
